Tick the correct answer in the following and justify your choice: If the perimeter and the area of a circle are numerically equal, then the radius of the circle is

Solution:

Let radius of circle be r
The circumference of a circle = 2pr
Area of circle = pr2
Given that circumference of circle and area of a circle is equal.
So, 2pr = pr2
2 = r
So radius of circle will be 2 units
