PSTM Certificate: PSTM certificate is given to those students who have studied in Tamil Medium. PSTM stands for Person studied in Tamil Medium. Students who have passed their SSLC, HSC, Degree in Tamil Medium are eligible to get PSTM certificate. English medium or any other medium students are not eligible to get this certificate.
