Osmania University Distance Education 2020-2021: Osmania University started its distance education centre in 1977. It is called Prof. G. Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education (PGRRCDE). The purpose of starting study courses through distance education is to be able to reach students who are not able to attend regular classes due to various reasons.   • If you want to apply for the Osmania University Distance Education, then at first you have to go to the official website of the Osmania University Distance Education and download the application form.
  • Students can register to the interesting programs by submitting the application fee of INR 300/- and submitting the amount through Demand Draft.
  • Send the print out of the application form along with the Demand Draft in favour of the Director. Apart from this total fee, candidates must have sent the all required documents.
  • Before applying online, you have to scan your photo (Size: under 100kb in JPG format), Scanned signature (Under 100KB in JPG Format), 10+2-mark sheet, 10 + 2 pass certificate (JPEG format less than 400kb).

Online Mode:

  • At first, search and go to the official website of Osmania University centre for distance education using this link: http://oucde.net/
  • Next, For the application, click on the “Apply Now” button on the Osmania University Distance Education official website.
  • Then, Fill in all the required information correctly and then submit by clicking the “SUBMIT” button. Before submitting the application form check, it properly.
  • Now you have to upload your scanned documents:
    • A recent photograph of Applicant (Under 100KB in JPG Format)
    • Scanned signature (Under 100KB in JPG Format)
  • All required scanned documents (each not more than 400KB in JPG or PDF Format)
  • Candidates must pay the registration fee online. (Via Credit or Debit card or Net Banking)

The candidate has to send a copy of the application form and also original documents and a copy of the application for verification purposes to the university.

Spot admission is especially for those candidates that have easy access to the study centres. The candidate can directly go to the University centre and buy the application form by submitting the demand draft and has to bring the original documents and also 4 recent passport size photographs of the applicant at the time of admission.

How to Apply for GITAM University Distance Education?

You can apply for GITAM University by both online and offline.

Offline Application

  • The application form can be obtained by submitting Demand Draft (DD) for Rs. 200 in-person from the GITAM university office or any of the study centers.
  • To send a request for an application form by post, send a Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.250. Demand draft (DD) should be drawn in favor of ‘CDL-GITAM University’ payable at Visakhapatnam.

Online Application

  • To apply online you have to visit the university website and have to print the form PDF file from the official website. You have to fill the application form manually and submit it to the study center.

Additional Charges

  • If a student has passed the qualifying exam from any other university then he or she has to pay Rs. 500/- for recognition fee.
  • The examination fee has to be paid with tuition fees. The charges for BA / B. Com. / Diploma / PG Diploma are Rs. 550/-, for MCA / M. Com / M.Sc. / M.A. is Rs. 750/- and for MBA Rs. 1200/-.
