How to Apply for Jaipur National University for Distance Education?

Willing candidates can apply to the University in both offline and online mode. Candidates can obtain the Application Form and Prospectus from the University’s nearest Information Centre by paying INR 500. Online Mode 

Step 1 – Visit the University’s nearest Information Centre, and request for filling-up the application form online, in the Candidate’s presence. The online application form can be found at the University’s official website – http://sodel.jnujaipur.ac.in/admission.aspx#.

Step 2 – Fill up the application form by inputting the required details.

Step 3 – After having filled up the form, necessary documents need to be submitted. The documents can be scanned and uploaded online. The documents can be sent via email for verification.

Step 4 – The course fee needs to be paid next. It can be paid in one complete installment or several installments. The payment details should be inserted in the application form. Online payment can be made through Credit/Debit card.

Step 5 – The University will review the documents sent, and based on the qualifications, will confirm the admission of the Candidate. Once the admission is approved, the Candidate will be delivered with the Student ID Card and necessary study material.

Offline Mode 

Step 1 – Offline application forms can be collected from the nearest Information Centre along with the Prospectus.

Step 2 – The details of the Candidate need to be filled in.

Step 3 – Necessary documents need to be submitted. The materials need to be sent via email or via post in the following address – Jaipur National University, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302 017

Step 4 – Payment needs to be done next. The payment can be made in cash or cheque at the Information Centre itself. The bank challan needs to be collected after completion of payment.

Step 5 – The University confirms and approves the admission of the candidate after reviewing the documents. Once confirmation is done, the student will receive the ID Card and required study material from the University.

The students who need to register for the second or third year should right away apply for admission without waiting for the 1st or 2nd-year examination results to be published.

Examinations conducted by Jaipur National University Distance Education

The Term-end-examinations for students of the academic session July are to commence from 15th June (tentative). The time table will be issued two months prior to the start of examinations.
A separate application form has to be filled and submitted by a candidate in the case of the Back Paper Examination. The Back Paper Examination fee is INR 1000.

Registration and Tentative Dates: For Distance Courses, the candidates have to apply through online methods. The University of Kerala will release the first and last dates of the examination application form on its official website. It is named after the famous verse drama Manonmaniam, written by the renowned Tamil Poet scholar, Professor P. Sundaram Pillai (1855-1897).
